Based in Hornchurch, Essex but operating all over London and the South East Hornchurch Pet Services incorporating Hornchurch Animal Rescue is a small home-based organisation run by Donna Evans. Donna has many years experience of owning and working with animals and is a campaigner for various issues concerning animal welfare including compulsory microchipping for dogs, subsidised neutering programs and legislation for all animal breeders.

As well as helping homeless animals Donna runs fun workshops for kids educating on responsible pet ownership & promotes The Dogs Trust education programs in schools.
